Damaged or Defective Items

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Nantongblanket. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy within 30 days of purchase. Please contact us to initiate a return or exchange. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in new, unused condition. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a return and replacement or refund. Please provide photos of the damaged item and packaging when you contact us.
